The leaves are falling. Autumn has arrived in Montreal, and with it comes another look behind the scenes at FLYOS. We’ve continued to make steady progress on all of our projects and have a lot of good news to share. Whether you’re following CHAPTERS, RETALIATION, or RAYMAN, this update is your monthly snapshot of where things stand.
Vampire: The Masquerade — CHAPTERS (Definitive Edition + EPILOGUE)
STICKERS: FILES SENT FOR PRODUCTION
Last month, we shared that the sticker kit was complete in all four languages. We’re happy to announce that we’ve now sent the final production files to our manufacturing partner. The sticker layouts and translations are locked, and we’re waiting on quotes before giving the final green light for printing. Once production starts (which should be in the coming weeks), it will take a little time to manufacture and assemble the kits, but shipping shouldn’t be far behind. The registration list is now closed: everyone who signed up will receive the kit they ordered. For those who missed it, the stickers are available for free download on our website. Print them at home and upgrade your first‑edition copy at your own pace. And remember, we recommend using the app instead!
TRANSLATIONS & CONTENT ENTRY
Our translation team began work on the Definitive Edition this week. Over the next eight weeks, they’ll be entering the entire base game into French, German, and Spanish while simultaneously translating the Epilogue expansion. This process is long and meticulous (the original CHAPTERS contained more than 750,000 words), but thanks to our FROGS tool, the translators can now work directly in our database, ensuring that corrections flow cleanly into the printed game and the mobile app. While translators work through the 60+ scenarios, the factory received the demand to start the tooling for the final three Epilogue miniatures and gather final quotations for mass production.
MOBILE APP
The first build of the app is functional but still needs a makeover. Our developer is currently refining the interface and squashing some unexpected UI bugs. The goal is to deliver a final version within the next two to three weeks with a revamped UX/UI designed to make navigation smoother and more intuitive. The initial release will include 100 % of the Definitive Edition content in English. As soon as translations are completed, the app will offer all four languages. Like previous versions, the app will work offline—once downloaded you’ll be able to experience CHAPTERS and its EPILOGUE anywhere, even without an internet connection
Here are our latest estimates and tentative timeline to complete the production of Vampire: The Masquerade — CHAPTERS.
| Production Samples Revision | Completed! |
| Base Game + EPILOGUE Translation (3 languages) | December 2025 |
| Molding + Tooling | February 2026 |
| Final Mobile App | March 2026 |
| Mass Production | April 2026 |
| Shipping | June 2026 |
Rayman: The Board Game
The LongPack team recently shipped us all resin prototypes for the 21 miniatures, and they look fantastic! We’re extremely proud of both the smaller figures and the larger pieces. A few colours and structural details still need adjustments, so we’ve sent feedback to the factory and expect corrected samples very soon. Once these tweaks are incorporated, the project will enter the tooling phase — creating the metal molds required for mass production. Tooling will take roughly two months, after which the production run can begin. The models and colors shown below are hand-painted resin prototypes, crafted to showcase the intended look and detail. Final production pieces may differ slightly (in a good way!).

With everything running smoothly and ready, here’s an approximate timeline outlining the next steps leading to full production of Rayman The Board Game.
| Production Samples Revision | Completed! |
| Figures Edits | October 2025 |
| Molding + Tooling | December 2025 |
| Mass Production | March 2026 |
| Shipping | April 2026 |
In parallel, we’ve finalised a distribution agreement with a major European partner. We’re currently discussing with them how to handle the Polish language version: if you pledged on Kickstarter or Gamefound and would like to switch to a Polish copy, please email info@flyosgames.com and we’ll see what can be done.
Werewolf: The Apocalypse — RETALIATION
Development on RETALIATION continues to gain momentum. We’re currently revising scenario #12 and have reintegrated two additional scenarios into the new system. Early playtests have been encouraging: the core mechanics feel solid, and the revised ruleset is more straightforward to grasp. As always, community feedback is invaluable — thank you to everyone who has played the demo and given their feedback. If you’d like to participate, send us an email; we’d love to hear your thoughts.
We’ve also assembled a tentative timeline for the project. Nothing is set in stone, but it offers a realistic snapshot of where we’re headed. The good news: revisions and corrections on the base game should be wrapped up by February 2026, after which translations can begin while we shift our focus to the expansions. There’s still plenty of work to do. RETALIATION features a big load of content, but progress is steady.

NEW PROJECTS & PARTNERSHIPS
We’re putting our art direction and design expertise to work on an exciting new board game, developed in collaboration with the legendary Manuel Rozoy. The official announcement is coming soon. FLYOS is handling the creative vision, while another studio will take care of publishing, marketing, and Kickstarter management. We can’t wait to unveil what we’ve been creating together!
On a studio level, we’re thrilled to share that FLYOS has joined the Indie Asylum. This collective brings together some of Quebec’s most innovative indie studios, giving us access to a wider pool of talent across disciplines — from video game developers to marketing experts. Joining the Indie Asylum marks an exciting new chapter for FLYOS. It will boost our production capacity, inspire fresh creative energy, and, most importantly, allow us to reconnect and collaborate more closely after months of remote work.
Join our Discord server, leave a comment on this update, or send us an email — we truly enjoy hearing from you. Thank you for all the messages over the past month.
Stay tuned. Exciting things are on the way!

You’ve got hawk eyes. You’re right, Murfy minis have been swapped for the pictures, but they remain in the same expansions as shown during in the cmapaign. Hand-painted colors + pictures + jpg compression results in not accurate renders. That said, we have sent a precise revision document to the factory. Ultimately, the result will be way more consistent. But, honestly, even there, the result is looking pretty cool already 🙂
Thanks for your feedback!
