ABOUT FLYOS
Founded in 2017, FLYOS is an independent studio passionate about crafting extraordinary experiences through bold artistic direction, deep narrative design and carefully balanced gameplay. From acclaimed titles such as Vampire: The Masquerade — CHAPTERS and Rayman: The Board Game to more personal original creations, every project is shaped with meticulous attention to detail and a strong creative identity. With multiple successfully funded campaigns, worldwide distribution and as a proud member of Indie Asylum, FLYOS continues to push creative boundaries across both board games and video games.
25 years of friendship
THE FOUNDERS
Thomas Filippi and Gary Paitre have been close friends for more than two decades. Long before FLYOS, they spent countless hours playing games, creating stories, running tabletop RPGs and imagining worlds together. Over time, they each built careers in different fields ranging from marketing and advertising to startups, technology and creative direction. Eventually, those paths came back together around a shared desire: creating games as a team.
FLYOS grew from that friendship and from a shared way of seeing both games and collaboration. The studio still follows the same instinct that brought them together in the first place: pursuing ideas that genuinely excite them and building experiences that create a real connection with players. That mindset also shapes the way they work with their team and partners, with a strong focus on trust, creativity and long term relationships.
OUR TEAM
Behind every FLYOS project is a small multidisciplinary team that has grown together over the years. 3D artists, animators, developers, narrative designers, game designers, graphic designers, sound designers, QA specialists, producers and coordinators all work closely together with a shared sense of trust and collaboration. Many of them have been part of the journey for a long time, helping shape not only the games themselves but also the culture of the studio. FLYOS would not be what it is without this team. Beyond their talent, they bring a level of care and curiosity that defines the way the studio creates.
