• For Vampire: The Masquerade — CHAPTERS or Rayman: The Board Game: Please log into Gamefound to update your address directly in the pledge manager. If you cannot access your account, send an email to info@flyosgames.com.
• For Werewolf: The Apocalypse — RETALIATION: Please log into BackerKit to update your address in the pledge manager. If you are unable to connect or update your details, send an email to info@flyosgames.com.
Once a crowdfunding campaign concludes, funds are immediately committed to production, artwork, and platform fees. For this reason, we are unable to offer direct refunds.
However, we are happy to help you transfer your pledge to another backer. We actively check our waiting list for a match, and we highly encourage you to also share your pledge availability on board game communities (Facebook groups, BoardGameGeek). Once you find a buyer, contact us at info@flyosgames.com and we will handle the ownership transfer for you.

Depending on the project's production stage, we usually keep a "Late Pledge" or pre-order option open. Please check the official campaign page (on Gamefound or BackerKit) for the game you are interested in to see if late pledges are still active. If you cannot find the link or if it seems closed, feel free to send us an email at info@flyosgames.com, and we will let you know if we can still secure a copy for you!

Please send an email to info@flyosgames.com including your proof of purchase, a photo of the game, and a clear description (or photo) of the missing or damaged components. Our team will look into it right away and ship the replacement parts to you.
