Shipping policy

Important: All items currently available on our store are for PRE-ORDER. These products are not yet in stock and are scheduled for future production and delivery.

1. Estimated Shipping Dates

• Rayman: The Board Game: Shipping is estimated to begin in September 2026.

• Other Games & Products: Shipping is estimated to begin in early October 2026.

Please note that these are estimates; production or logistical delays may occur. We will keep the community updated on every step of the process.

2. Shipping Rates & Calculations Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the estimated weight of the products.

• Estimates: Rates paid today are based on current carrier estimates for 2026.

• Adjustments: Minor adjustments could occur at the time of fulfillment if global carrier rates change significantly.

3. Address Changes Since delivery is scheduled for 2026, you can update your shipping address up until 2 months before the actual shipping date. We will send a final reminder email before locking addresses.

4. Tracking Once your package leaves one of our international hubs (USA, Canada, EU, UK, or Asia), you will receive an automated email with your tracking number.

5. Taxes and Customs

• USA/Canada: Taxes are applied at checkout according to local laws.

• European Union/UK: Orders are shipped "Friendly," meaning we handle the import process. Applicable VAT is collected during checkout.

• Other Regions: You may be responsible for local import duties or taxes upon arrival.
