OVERVIEW This website is operated by FLYOS Games Inc. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to FLYOS Games Inc. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - PRE-ORDER AND PRODUCTION COMMITMENT By placing an order on this store, you acknowledge that you are purchasing products currently in a pre-order status.

• Production Nature: You understand that your payment is immediately used to fund the manufacturing, printing, and international logistics of the games.

• Estimated Delivery: Estimated shipping for "Rayman: The Board Game" is September 2026. Other products are estimated for October 2026. These dates are estimates provided in good faith. Production or international logistics may impact these schedules.

• Final Sale: Due to the nature of pre-order financing, all orders are considered Final Sales. Any cancellation or refund request is subject to our specific Refund Policy.

SECTION 2 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSING All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and game designs, is the property of FLYOS Games Inc. or its licensors.

• Ownership: All related logos, characters, names, and distinctive likenesses are the intellectual property of their respective owners. These assets are used under official license by FLYOS Games Inc. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCT REPRESENTATION (PROTOTYPES) We strive for accuracy, however, the products displayed on this site (including images and 3D renders) are based on development prototypes. The final product may undergo slight aesthetic or technical adjustments during the manufacturing process to ensure the highest quality standards for the final gaming experience.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY You are responsible for providing a current and accurate shipping address.

• Address Changes: You may update your shipping information by contacting info@flyosgames.com at least 60 days before the announced shipping date.

• Delivery Claims: We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for unclaimed packages.

SECTION 5 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no case shall FLYOS Games Inc., our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, or incidental damages of any kind arising from your use of the service or any products procured through the store.

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any purchase agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively before the courts of the district of Montreal.
